Welcome to Randalls Cottages
Here at Randalls we are delighted to offer you a choice of four elegant, well-appointed self-catering holiday cottages; located in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, and with easy access to the natural beauty of the North Norfolk coast, the traditional seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham and the historic and cultural delights of Norwich.
Our cottages: The Coach House, The Ostlery, The Granary and The Stables are four converted buildings which are part of the Old Farm House in Tunstead. They were built in the 1820s and were in active use as farm buildings until recent decades. Each cottage has its own individual style and charm. Our aim is to provide you with a superior level of comfort that will enable you to relax, unwind and enjoy the wonderful opportunities that a holiday in beautiful Norfolk can provide.
This is a perfect location for walking, cycling, bird-watching, canoeing, boating or just relaxing. A holiday at Randalls Cottages suits everyone; couples, families or larger groups. Each cottage is entirely self-contained with its own private garden and barbecue area and has access to the heated indoor pool and games room.
Close to Randalls Cottages are the villages of Tunstead, with its historic church and excellent restaurant, and Smallburgh, with its traditional village pub. The cottages are in the middle of the countryside with views to the north across farmland and to the south over the fruit fields, hedges and woods of the Old Farm itself. Just three miles away is Wroxham, the “capital” of the Broads, a small bustling town with shops, restaurants and pubs, from where you can enjoy the activity on the river or even hire boats or canoes to explore the Broads yourselves.
We are within easy reach of the wonderful North Norfolk coast, with bird-watching and seal watching popular pastimes, traditional holiday resorts from Wells-next-the-sea to Great Yarmouth, Stately homes and gardens, museums, steam railways, zoos and adventure parks ideal for family fun and we are only a few minutes away from the award winning attractions of Wroxham Barns and Bewilderwood. Norwich, with its historic Norman Castle and Cathedral, theatres, cinemas and restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes is just a thirty minute drive away. There is so much to do on a holiday to this part of Norfolk that you’ll be spoilt for choice and want to come back for more.
